At Sagent, we recognize the impact and uncertainty that COVID-19 is creating in our communities and supply chains around the world. Our customers power the networks necessary to ensure first
responders, emergency responders, public messaging, 911 communications and other critical communications remain functional. As an Essential Business supplying technology and services to
Telecom Carriers, Cable MSO’s and Data Centers, Sagent is committed to providing uninterrupted services to all customers.
As you may be aware, Sagent’s primary location, and many areas in which we operate, are currently subject to “stay at home” orders due to the coronavirus. However, recognizing the essential role
communications plays during the pandemic, Sagent remains available to support your operations. We will continue to deliver equipment, provide repair services and offer technical support to our valued customers, so you can continue to serve yours.
Sagent continues to follow the safety precautions recommended by the World Health Organization and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with respect to facility cleaning and disinfecting, social distancing, handwashing, hand sanitizing, and other hygiene measures to protect our employees during this difficult time. Teleworking has been implemented wherever possible. And, all travel and customer visits to our facility has been eliminated.
Although ‘Business-as-Usual’ would be an overstatement for any company, our operations are continuing without delay or interruption. Sagent remains open with essential staff on site, in full
awareness of our responsibility to health and public safety as we take extensive precautions to protect our employees, our customers, and our communities.
We will continually monitor all supply chain or other disruptions that could affect support and update our customers accordingly.
In the meantime, let us know how we can help. And most importantly, stay safe.
Sincerely,
Gordon Smith
