Investments in Engineering and Technology Drive a New Name
Coppell, TX - June 14, 2023—Everyday, Sagent tackles customer’s toughest technical challenges. From copper wire to fiber, from RF radios, microwave, and antennas to routers, circuit cards, and complex power supplies, Sagent creates innovative, customer-focused solutions. With a much broader offering than ever before, enabled by investments in engineering talent and tools, Sagent is proud to announce the rebranding of its “repair operations center” as the Technical Solutions Center (TSC).
Led by Sagent’s Vice President, Curtis Faulkner, the state-of-the-art TSC, grew 57% during its most recent expansion to the facility in Coppell, Texas. This is in addition to Sagent’s operations in Rialto, California. Combined, Faulkner’s technical team operates over 33,000 square feet of solution-focused space using a wide range of capabilities, such as a full electrostatic discharge (ESD) environment, 3D design & rapid prototyping, automated precision radio frequency (RF) troubleshooting and repair tools, and extended environmental testing.

Sagent Names Bill Tart CEO
Coppell, TX – Sagent LLC, a global provider of network equipment, repair and maintenance services, has appointed Bill Tart as its Chief Executive Officer replacing longtime CEO, Gordon Smith, who will remain with the Company as Vice Chairman.
Mr. Tart will oversee day-to-day operations of the Company and drive the strategic vision and implementation of Sagent’s offerings domestically and internationally. With over 30 years of experience in the Private Sector and US Military, Mr. Tart has designed, implemented and overseen both manufacturing and service offerings across a wide range of technologies.
