General:

What has changed, and what remains the same? Expand

On March 4th, Clover Telecom and Depot Enterprise changed their names to Sagent. There are no changes to our ownership structure, personnel, phone numbers, locations, registration numbers or tax ID numbers. For payments, our bank account numbers are the same but the name on the account has been changed accordingly. Please update your system to reflect the name change. Your contacts at our company will remain the same, however our email addresses have been updated to firstname.lastname@sagent.net.

·         Old Entity Name - Clover Telecom Asset Management, LLC dba “Clover Telecom” and dba “Depot Enterprise”

·         New Entity Name - Sagent, LLC dba “Sagent”

What about existing contracts, agreements, terms and conditions, etc.? Expand
  • Since this is just a legal entity name change, all existing documents are still in force. Future documents will be drafted using the new legal entity name, Sagent, LLC.

What does ‘Sagent' mean? Expand

In keeping with our Company’s commitment to let our customers Know What Their Network Knows through transparent Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, the Company has rebranded as ‘Sagent’ coming from the words:
              sage: a profoundly wise person, a person known for wisdom;
              agent: a person or business empowered to act on another's behalf;
Thus, Sagent is the ‘Agent of Wisdom’.

CUSTOMERS:

What about placing orders? Expand

Starting March 4, 2019, the vendor name on your purchase orders should be changed to match the new legal entity name(s) listed above.

How should I update my system? Expand

The existing entity in your system should be updated for this name change. It is not a new entity. If you need a W-9 that reflects our new name or anything else to facilitate the change, please request it from your finance contact. Accountsreceivable@sagent.net

How do I pay current outstanding invoices? Expand

Our bank account numbers are still the same, however, the name on the account has been changed. Starting March 4, 2019, please remit payments to the appropriate new legal entity name listed above. For a short period of time, payments made out to Clover Telecom or Depot Enterprise will still be accepted.

Our wiring instructions remain the same with the updated Beneficiary Name as per above. Please reach          out to your Accounts Receivable Contact for Wiring Instructions if required. Accountsreceivable@sagent.net

SUPPLIERS:

How should I update my system? Expand

The existing entity in your system should be updated for this name change. It is not a new entity. If you need a W-9 that reflects our new name or anything else to facilitate the change, please request it from your finance contact. Accountspayable@sagent.net.

What if I have outstanding invoices to Clover Telecom or Depot Enterprise? Expand

There is no need for you to resubmit invoices in the new name. Please update your system for the legal entity name change(s) listed above, so any future invoices will reflect the change.

What if I have a PO from Clover Telecom or Depot Enterprise? Expand

We request that you make the change in your system and send an invoice to Sagent. If you must, you can still invoice Clover Telecom or Depot Enterprise, but please use this time to update your system so it will properly reflect the change for next time. Let us know if there is anything else you need from us to facilitate the change.
